I was reminded today of the power of EFT. I dealt with a client who, whilst they could swim well, had a fear of putting their head below water. We got to the root of the problem and after a few rounds of tapping their fear had substantially reduced. I have seen it for myself that the client is now able to put their head under water in the swimming pool and can in fact dive to the bottom of the pool without any fear. Well done. EFT does work to alleviate problem, fears and phobias.

EFT is similar to acupuncture and is based on energy meridians in the body.  The difference is that a finger tapping rather than needles is applied at specific points on the body.  The client is shown how to carry out this tapping procedure for themselves and the end product being the release of "blockages" caused by the phobia or problem the patient is suffering.

I had a client with a phobia of hypodermic syringes which was shown to be rooted in a bad medical experience as a child and after only 3 applications of the tapping procedure totally lost the phobia.  This was shown to be permanent when he was shown several hypodermic syringes 3 months later with no fear apparent.  He has no problems now with having injections.
